Svenska Gastrodagarna is the largest annual meeting for Swedish doctors and nurses in the field of gastroenterology and endoscopy. During three days, close to 800 delegates gather to share their experience and knowledge and take part of the latest research. The meeting rotates between Swedish cities and was held in Malmö 2022 and Örebro 2023. In 2024 it will be arranged in Linköping. In addition to scientific sessions the meeting offers an exhibition with over 50 exhibitors and a congress dinner with 600 participants.

Nordic Barrett’s is an annual meeting for those interested in Barrett’s esophagus and early esophageal cancer which over two days gathers close to 80 participants, and international speakers. The meeting has a small exhibition and on the first evening a dinner is organised.

The first Nordic Barrett’s Esophagus & Early Esophageal Cancer Meeting was organised in Stockholm in September 2022 and All about meetings was contracted, on behalf of Karolinska University Hospital, to organise the meeting. A year later, in September 2023 the second Nordic Barrett’s meeting was organised, this time in Oslo and All about meetings was once again contracted to organise it, this time on behalf of Oslo University Hospital.

The third Nordic Barrett’s Esophagus & Early Esophageal Cancer Meeting will take place in Reykjavík, Iceland in 2024 and All about meetings has once again been contracted to organise the meeting.

Stockholm Criminology Symposium is an annual event organised by the Swedish National Council for Crime Prevention (Brå) on behalf of the Swedish government and gathers approx. 450 participants, for three days. It is an established criminology conference and a true meeting point for resarchers, policy-makers and practitioners who want to learn from the latest research findings of importance for crime policy. In conjunction with the symposium, Brå also organises, in cooperation with Stockholm University, the prize award ceremony for the Stockholm prize in criminology with dinner which takes place in the Stockholm City Hall.

All about meetings has since 2019 been trusted to, together with Brå, plan, manage and deliver the prize award ceremony for the Stockholm prize in criminology and dinner. For 2023 years symposium, All about meetings was also contracted to take overall responsibility for the symposium.

In 2024, the Stockholm Criminology Symposium, is once again taking place at Münchenbryggeriet in Stockholm and All about meetings is contracted to project manage the symposium as well as the prize award ceremony taking place in conjunction with the symposium.

Sweden Liver Week is an annual, interdisciplinary, three-day liver meeting focusing on clinical hepatology and a touch of basic science. The meeting is organised in collaboration between Karolinska University Hospital in Stockholm and Sahlgrenska University Hospital in Gothenburg, and attracts close to 250 delegates. It rotates between Stockholm and Gothenburg.

Karolinska Live is an international course within the field of gastroenterology, focused on endoscopy, that took place in June 2022. During the two course days, live operations were broadcasted from Karolinska University Hospital to the auditorium in central Stockholm. Around 180 participants from all over Europe gathered in Stockholm to extend their knowledge within the field and take part of the latest updates. A course dinner was organised during the first evening, offering the participants an additional networking opportunity. The course will be arranged again in 2024.

Råd för framtiden is The Swedish National Council for Crime Prevention’s annual national conference about crime prevention. The conference moves around Sweden and takes place in the city which municipality the conference is co-arranged with that year.

Råd för framtiden normally gathers approximately 600 participants, over two days, in a city in Sweden but in 2021 the conference was held, due to the situation with the pandemic, digitally. Plenary sessions were broadcast live from Karlstad CCC while parallel sessions were pre-recorded and then broadcast, followed by a live Q&A. The digital format gathered approximately 1100 participants.

All about meetings has since 2019 been trusted to plan, manage, and deliver the conference.
